AtlantisSync, operated by LaunchPad TX, LLC, is field-service software. Businesses that use it collect a customer’s phone number when booking a service. The customer may optionally opt in to text updates. This page shows that opt-in so it can be reviewed.
01
The business collects the number
When a customer books, the form asks for a mobile number next to a separate consent box.
02
The customer chooses
The box is unchecked by default and optional. Service is booked either way.
03
Only opted-in numbers are texted
Phone and in-person bookings are covered below: staff read a required statement and record the answer before any text is sent.
EXAMPLE BOOKING FORM
Book your service
Full name
Maria Garcia
Service needed

Mobile phone number
(555) 123-4567
I agree to receive service, appointment, and payment text messages at this number from this business, sent via AtlantisSync. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
The box is unchecked by default. Submitting books the service whether or not it is checked. Consent to texts is never required.

Text permission needed
Maria Garcia
Read the statement below, then tell us how Maria Garcia agreed and we’ll record it under your name.
READ THIS TO MARIA GARCIA
“Do you agree to receive service, appointment, and payment text messages from this business, sent via AtlantisSync? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing is not required to get service.”
They agreed in person or by phone
They agreed in writing (form, email, or text reply)
I confirm this is accurate: I read the statement above to Maria Garcia (or showed it to them in writing) and they agreed. It will be saved with my name and today’s date, and Maria Garcia can still opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Illustration of the production screen. The Record permission button stays disabled until the box is ticked and a method is chosen. Texts are blocked for any number without a recorded permission.
OPT-IN PATH 2 / PHONE AND IN-PERSON
When the customer books by phone or in person
Some customers book over the phone or at the counter, with no web form. In that case the business’s staff member asks for permission out loud and records it in AtlantisSync. No text can be sent until that record exists.
1
Staff read a required statement
The screen shows the exact statement to read aloud: who is texting, what kind of messages, that frequency varies, that rates may apply, how to reply STOP or HELP, and that agreeing is not required to get service.
2
Staff record how the customer agreed
They choose either “in person or by phone” or “in writing” and tick a confirmation. The record is saved under the staff member’s name and the date.
3
The customer can stop at any time
Replying STOP revokes permission immediately, and the platform will not text that number again unless the customer opts back in.
THE PROGRAM
What the messages are. And how to stop them.
Message types
Appointment confirmations and reminders, technician en-route alerts, job-complete notices, invoices with secure payment links, and receipts. No marketing or promotional messages.
Opt out or get help
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email support@atlantissync.io.
Rates and frequency
Message frequency varies with your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
