No selling of data
We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
Consent comes first
Texts go only to customers who opted in. The opt-in is optional, unchecked by default, and never a condition of service.

This Privacy Policy explains how AtlantisSync collects, uses, and protects information. AtlantisSync is a field-service management platform operated by LaunchPad TX, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“AtlantisSync,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our websites (launchpadtx.com, atlantissync.io), our web app at www.atlantissync.com, and our applications (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to the practices described here.
AtlantisSync is used by service businesses (our “Customers,” also referred to as “Businesses”) to run their operations — including scheduling jobs, dispatching technicians, invoicing, and sending text-message and email notifications to their own end customers. Where a Business uses AtlantisSync to process information about its end customers, the Business is the controller of that data and AtlantisSync acts as its service provider / processor.
Who we are

Information we collect
- Account information. Name, email address, phone number, business name, role, and login credentials for the people who administer or use a Business account.
- Business customer records. On behalf of our Businesses, we store their customers’ names, phone numbers, email addresses, and service addresses so the Business can schedule and communicate about jobs.
- Service and job data. Jobs, appointments, dispatch history, invoices, equipment and inventory records, notes, and related activity created in the platform.
- Technician location. Location data for technicians is used to power dispatch, routing, and “on my way” / en-route notifications while they are working. The mobile app shares location only while the technician is clocked in, and records the location of each clock-in and clock-out.
- Service addresses and map data. Addresses entered for jobs are converted to map coordinates (geocoded) so jobs can be shown on the dispatch map and routed.
- Push notification tokens. If a technician allows notifications in the mobile app, we store a device token so we can send job, schedule, and payment alerts to that device. Notifications on the lock screen do not include customer details. The token is removed when the technician signs out, and turning notifications off in the app stops them.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Card and bank details are collected and stored by Stripe; we never store full card numbers or security codes. When a Business saves a customer’s card for future payments, we keep only the card brand, last four digits, expiration date, and a Stripe reference that can be used only within that Business’s Stripe account, so the Business can identify the card and charge it with the customer’s permission. The Business or the customer can remove a saved card at any time.
- Usage and device data. Log data, IP address, browser/device type, and diagnostic information collected automatically to keep the Services secure and reliable.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services.
- To send transactional messages our Businesses direct — appointment and job reminders, technician en-route alerts, job-complete and receipt messages, and payment links — by SMS and email to their end customers.
- To process subscription billing and SMS credit purchases.
- To provide customer support and respond to requests.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How information is shared
We share information only with the service providers (“subprocessors”) that make the platform work, and only as needed to deliver the Services:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Twilio — delivery of SMS / text messages.
- Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting infrastructure.
- Vercel — web application hosting.
- Resend — delivery of transactional email (receipts, invoices, schedules, and account messages).
- Apple — delivery of push notifications to the AtlantisSync iOS app.
- Google and the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder — converting service addresses into map coordinates.
- MapTiler — map display on the dispatch screen.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), subject to this policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — or your end customers’ personal information — with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS / text messaging
AtlantisSync sends text messages on behalf of the Businesses that use it. The following applies to those messages:
- Consent is required. A phone number is only enrolled to receive texts after the recipient has agreed to receive them (opt-in). The customer starts by requesting service from a Business (through its online request form, or by calling or visiting it). Consent is then given by ticking an optional, unchecked-by-default checkbox when the customer enters their own number, or verbally or in writing to the Business’s staff, who must read the customer the required statement and record the answer. Texts are sent by AtlantisSync (operated by LaunchPad TX, LLC) on behalf of that Business. Consent is never a condition of purchase or service. See an example of the opt-in.
- Message types. Service, appointment, and job updates; technician en-route alerts; job-complete and receipt messages; and payment links.
- Message frequency varies depending on your service activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out / help. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@atlantissync.io.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as an account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Businesses may request deletion of their data; some records may be retained where required by law (for example, billing and tax records). When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, tenant isolation, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and continuously improve our safeguards.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. End customers of a Business should direct these requests to that Business; we will assist the Business in fulfilling them. You may also contact us at support@atlantissync.io and we will route your request appropriately.
Children's privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
