All American Waste was signing up new residential customers the slow way: phone calls, manual quotes, and back-and-forth before anyone was actually billed. We built them a self-serve signup flow—pricing, address check, an accurate quote, and secure payment—that lives right on their website and works 24/7. A homeowner can go from “I need trash pickup” to an active, paid subscription in about a minute.

The Challenge
All American Waste had a website, but no way to actually become a customer on it. Getting service meant calling during business hours. Staff quoted prices by hand, explained how the first partial month would be billed, and manually collected payment.
- No online signup—every new customer required staff time.
- Pricing had to be re-explained on each call.
- Prorating the first month was error-prone and hard to communicate.
- Payment was not captured upfront, so signups could stall between “yes” and “paid.”
The Solution
We designed and built a self-serve signup flow that drops directly into their existing site. It pulls live pricing, verifies the service address, calculates an exact prorated quote based on the chosen start date, creates the customer account, and collects payment through Stripe—all in one guided path.
Because it is built as embeddable widgets backed by Supabase, the team can update plans and pricing without touching code, and every completed signup becomes a real customer with an active, paid subscription.
